- First rehearsals recorded in c-cassette

1996

- Bad Vugum releases "Aavikko", a twin format record with home lo-fi recordings on 7", and hi-fi studio recordings on mcd.

1997

- Bad Vugum releases "Derek!", Aavikko´s first full length album.
- Aavikko visits Sweden, Switzerland

1998

- Bungalow releases a Stereo Total remix 7" with Aavikko´s remake of "Holiday Inn"
- Aavikko visits Germany, Austria, Switzerland

1999

- Original member Antti Koivumäki quits his dayjob in Aavikko & is replaced by Paul Staufenbiel
- Hawaii Sounds releases "Oriental Baby"- ep.
- Aavikko visits Germany, Austria

2000

- Hawaii Sounds releases "Viitostie" - ep.
- Hawaii Sounds releases "Multi Muysic" - album
- Aavikko visits Russia, Portugal, Germany

2001

- Diskono releases "Felix Kubin & Aavikko" -7" single
- Peel Session in BBC
- Aavikko visits UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden

2002

- Electro Motive releases "Aavikko/Mono Pause" - 7" single
- Aavikko visits Russia, Spain, USA

2003

- Muysic For Peoples releases "History Of Muysic - selected non-album material 1995-2003" compilation
- Aavikko visits France, Russia

2004

- Aavikko visits Lazer Studio once in a while to make the new record.
- "History Of Muysic - selected non-album material 1995-2003" is released in Central Europe.

- Back From The Futer is released in Scandinavia, Central Europe and Russia.
